Golf Challenge

We are excited to announce that the Elkhart Lake Glenbeulah Athletic Association (ELGAA) and the Elkhart Lake Glenbeulah Education Foundation (ELGEF) have joined forces this year to hold a joint fundraising Golf Challenge event on July 19, 2008 at Quit Qui Oc Golf Course in Elkhart Lake. In combining efforts, both organizations will benefit from your participation and sponsorship. After all it takes a whole village to raise a child! Grab three of your friends and join us!

Scramble Prizes

Enjoy a fun-filled afternoon of 9-hole and 18-hole golf in a scramble format. There will be plenty of prizes for both hole shots and team efforts, as well as appetizers and refreshments.

It's a Win-Win

Funds raised by the Golf Challenge will assist ELGAA with the ongoing operating expenses related to park maintenance and to continue to provide financial support to families who otherwise would be unable to participate in programs due to financial hardship. Funds will be used to continue a scholarship program that awards two scholarships to deserving high school graduates from our school district. ELGEF will benefit equally by using funds raised to make financial and other resources available to the school district to enhance the educational opportunities and related activities that are not ordinarily provided through the district’s operating budget.

Sponsorship Options

The Golf Challenge will be a 9-hole or 18-hole scramble with hole and team prizes. Our goal is to have 30 foursomes which will showcase your business to over 120 people the day of the event, as well as, recognition in print advertising and event signage. Sponsorship Form. Click here for more info.

Foursomes will pay $160 (9 holes) and $300 (18 holes) for golf, cart, appetizers and beverage tickets. Please join us in our efforts and consider one of the following sponsorship options to show your support for ELGAA and ELGEF and the youth of the community:

Putting Contest Sponsorship - $400
Hole Sponsorship - $200
Green Sponsorship -$100

You can also meet your sponsorship commitments via the donation of goods and/or services (i.e. gift cards, product donations, etc.) Please remember that ELGAA and ELGEF are 501(c)3 not-for-profit organizations and contributions are tax deductible.
