The Elkhart Lake-Glenbeulah Athletic Association (ELGAA) emerged in the 1960’s. Throughout this time, the organization has enjoyed a long history of volunteerism.
A Sum of Our Parts
Our club has flourished through the years because of the dedication of our members. The reward is often times just being a part of our child’s development – or for some – just making our community a better place to live. It is all because of people who are willingly take the baton from the last generation, make things a little better, and then pass it to the next group of families can each of us can say that we have lent a hand to the well being of our children and ELGAA. We ask that you take good care of the baton before you pass it on!
Being a member of ELGAA is a rewarding experience for parents and player’s alike. Fueled by the desire to be part of their child’s development, parents and families contribute to the success of our youth programs in many ways ranging from coaching to cutting grass and selling concessions – all through volunteer hours.
June Vollrath Park
In 2002, the Community of Elkhart Lake celebrated the grand opening of the June Vollrath Park which serves as ‘home field’ for our members as well as the High School ball teams. The facility was built through the combined efforts from hundreds of Association members throughout the many years. Each has played a role in the many fundraising events or the countless hours of planning, building, and maintaining this grand facility. Often referred to as one of finest complexes in the state by coaches and fans from across the region, the June Vollrath Park’s development was made possible by the gracious sponsorship from businesses and area residents.
It Takes a Village
These groups have supported our programs and have found mutual value in the commitment to our children. We are fortunate to be part of the communities of Elkhart Lake, Glenbeulah, and the surrounding area and appreciate the benefits of having a great place to raise a family. We hope you’ll visit us often!
